Interpreter

The Commission will furnish a language or sign language interpreter for pro se litigants who do not have an attorney, do not have their own interpreter, and are executing settlement contracts, and appearing before an Arbitrator.  If you need an interpreter for a case, please contact Annette Roti via email at annette.roti@illinois.gov one week before appearing at the Commission.

The Commission will provide contact information for a sign language interpreter to parties represented by counsel.  The Commission is not responsible for the payment of charges for such services.
