Arbitrator Hinrichs will be assigned to Zone 3, Peoria, Bloomington, and Rock Island.

The IWCC has been made aware of scammers posing as judges, attorneys, or state employees to solicit payments and personal information from people with a workers’ compensation claim.

Webex Updates and Breakout Sessions

Webex has recently been upgraded to the Webex Suite Meeting Platform (WSMP). As part of this upgrade, some Webex meeting features and workflows have changed, including the way Breakout Sessions are created, viewed, and managed.

One change that has generated questions is how to view participants assigned to Breakout Sessions. To assist Webex users, the IWCC has created a quick tutorial outlining the updated process and highlighting the changes you should be aware of.
