Pursuant to Section 14 of the Act (820 ILCS 305/14), the Chairman evaluates Arbitrators seeking reappointment and may recommend them to the Governor.

To assist in this process, please complete a brief survey for any Arbitrator with whom you have had direct interaction. The survey is easy to use and includes space for comments.

Only Arbitrators seeking reappointment are included. Please do not submit evaluations for individuals you have not worked with.

Case Status Information

The IWCC provides information about open and closed workers’ compensation cases dating back to the 1970’s.

 

Effective April 21, 2021, attorneys and pro se litigants must electronically file all cases and documents in CompFile. To view information on cases that were open on or filed after April 21, 2021, click the “CompFile Case Docket Search” button. To view information on cases that were closed or contained activity that occurred prior to April 21, 2021, click on the “Legacy Case Docket Search” button.
