Pursuant to Section 14 of the Act (820 ILCS 305/14), the Chairman evaluates Arbitrators seeking reappointment and may recommend them to the Governor. To assist in this process, please complete a brief survey for any Arbitrator with whom you have had direct interaction. The survey is easy to use and includes space for comments. Only Arbitrators seeking reappointment are included. Please do not submit evaluations for individuals you have not worked with.

Workers' Compensation Advisory Board

The Workers' Compensation Advisory Board assists the IWCC in formulating policies, solving problems, setting expenditure priorities, and establishing administrative goals. Prior to making appointments, the Governor shall request that the WCAB make recommendations as to candidates to consider for appointment and the Advisory Board may then make such recommendations.The Board also gives the IWCC Chairman a list of arbitrators who will conduct voluntary arbitration upon request. These Arbitrators are asterisked as 19 (p) Arbitrators on the contacts page.
