The IWCC has been made aware of scammers posing as judges, attorneys, or state employees to solicit payments and personal information from people with a workers’ compensation claim.

Annual Reports

The annual reports contain statistics on the number of cases opened and closed at the IWCC, and a cost comparison of Illinois to other states. The reports also include budget information, administrative highlights of the year, and the agency's mission statement.
